Job Summary: The Technical Lead serves as a key technical leader, providing deep expertise and guidance to clients and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Working closely with Technical Architects, Functional Consultants, and Technical Consultants, this role is responsible for designing, leading, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with established best practices, project standards, and customer objectives. Bridging both technical and business domains, the Technical Lead maintains a strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management application and the business processes it supports, while overseeing development activities, mentoring technical team members, and ensuring solution quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance. The Technical Lead also identifies and addresses gaps in standard application functionality, business processes, and integration requirements by designing and implementing effective, sustainable solutions, and serves as a primary technical point of contact for development-related activities, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure Dynamics 365 solutions meet agreed business requirements while supporting long-term operational success and future growth.
