Why this role matters: The Associated Press seeks a highly organized, proactive and collaborative Executive Assistant to support the Global Chief Revenue Officer, while partnering closely with the VP, Americas Revenue and Head of Strategic Partnerships. Based in our New York headquarters, the Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to revenue leadership, managing complex schedules and priorities, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting special projects and facilitating coordination across teams and time zones. The role involves supporting high-visibility client and industry events. While the role will report to and primarily support our SVP, Chief Revenue Officer, it will also support our VP, Americas Revenue and Head of Strategic Partnerships. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with regular in-office collaboration with revenue leadership. The successful candidate will exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, growth-oriented commercial environment. We are looking for someone who is solutions-oriented, detail-focused and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and discretion. Salary & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000, contingent on experience and other job-related factors. Employees are eligible to participate, according to the terms of the official plan documents, in a 401(k) plan and employer-sponsored health insurance plan and are eligible for paid time off and holidays in accordance with AP policy.
