Netsmart is seeking a Director, Engineering Development to lead software engineering teams focused on building scalable, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions that support our healthcare platform and the clients we serve. Role Overview We are seeking a Director, Engineering Development to lead software engineering teams focused on enterprise software delivery, platform scalability, technical excellence, and strong execution. This is an onsite leadership role based in Overland Park, KS. This role is ideal for an engineering leader who grew up through software development, technical leadership, or architecture and brings credibility with engineering teams because they understand how modern software is designed, built, shipped, and supported. The right leader will bring a strong development foundation, the ability to guide architecture and delivery decisions, and experience working with distributed teams, including teams in India. This leader will balance technical depth with people leadership, delivery discipline, and cross-functional partnership. Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership & Delivery
