A Taste of What You'll Do As a Sales Representative-Retail, you will play a key role in growing Gallo's presence across a designated territory by building strong partnerships with retail customers and delivering exceptional service. You will represent a world-class portfolio of products while helping customers maximize their business through effective selling, merchandising, and promotional execution. In this field-based role, you will develop trusted relationships with retail decision makers, conduct product tastings, analyze sales trends, and create persuasive sales presentations that drive results. You'll use market insights, business data, and product knowledge to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and increase distribution and visibility across accounts. You'll also manage account activities including inventory, merchandising displays, shelf and cold box execution, account records, and sales reporting. Success in this role comes from combining entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, customer focus, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a dynamic retail environment.
