Scope of Position This highly organized and people-focused individual will be responsible for supporting workforce development, employee capability, and training compliance across manufacturing operations. The Training Coordinator will partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and site leadership to ensure employees receive the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting employee engagement, continuous learning, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance through effective training systems and processes. This position reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager. This role is onsite and based in Franklin, NH. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate, schedule, and track employee training activities, including onboarding, job skills training, safety training, certifications, and compliance requirements. Oversee hands-on onboarding activities and ensure all training documentation is completed accurately, consistently, and within established timeframes. Maintain and update training matrices, certification records, qualification documentation, training files, and employee training status records. Develop, update, and deliver training content using a variety of methods, including hands-on demonstrations, standard operating procedure (SOP) reviews, job aids, coaching, and skills verification. Monitor training completion, employee qualification status, and certification requirements to ensure ongoing compliance. Coordinate onboarding activities with Human Resources, supervisors, Lead Trainers, Trainers, and Buddies to support successful employee integration. Schedule and support Lead Trainers across all shifts while ensuring training standards, expectations, and documentation requirements are consistently met. Facilitate placement and training activities for new employees, conduct regular follow-ups, and provide coaching support to Trainers and new hires as needed. Certify and support Trainers and Buddies to ensure training methods, expectations, and standards are applied consistently across departments. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, employee feedback, skills verification, and performance metrics. Identify training gaps, retraining opportunities, workforce development needs, and process improvement opportunities through ongoing evaluation and feedback. Support cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility, coverage, and employee development. Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Standard Work, Gemba, and continuous improvement initiatives through employee training, coaching, and sustainment activities. Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, company policies, and training documentation requirements. Prepare, maintain, and organize training records, compliance documentation, training reports, audit records, and supporting materials for inspections and internal reviews. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, Human Resources, and site leadership to identify training needs, skill gaps, and workforce development opportunities. Communicate training schedules, requirements, and expectations to employees, supervisors, and department leaders.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Industrial Management, Education, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent experience. Two (2) years of experience in training, manufacturing, human resources, operations, or a related environment. Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Industrial Management, Education, Operations, or a related field. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Standard Work, and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and training compliance requirements.

Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's location in Franklin, NH. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Physical Requirements - Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor. Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers. Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
