Sony Electronics Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Channel Sales for the Imaging Products & Solutions of Americas - Professional Display Solutions. This U.S.-based role will lead Sony's distribution and national solutions provider strategy, managing a multi-tiered sales team to drive revenue, profitability, and long-term growth across products and solutions. Responsibilities The Sr. Manager will build and execute sales strategy, develop pipeline, provide market intelligence to marketing and product teams, and strengthen executive-level relationships with distributors, NSPs, national integrators, and channel partners. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who can coach, lead, and scale a team while positioning Sony as a preferred technology partner in the ProAV market. Minimum Requirements

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $111,645to $148,861.The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for a sales incentive plan. The specifics of the plan vary by roleand can include elements related to both individual and company performance. In addition, this position is also eligible for acomprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave, a 401k plan withmatching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sickleave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
