To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work 8-10 hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday
  • Have either a valid Pharmacy Technician Trainee License or Pharmacy Technician License for the State of Texas.


Key Responsibilities



  • Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians to ensure smooth medication delivery.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and address escalated member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Serve as a critical link, escalating complex prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for expert interpretation or providing clear guidance on processing.
  • Engage with patients and physicians through inbound and/or outbound calls, providing support and facilitating communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the fulfillment process.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
