What you'll do:

Order Processor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team! This role plays an important part in keeping orders, production schedules, and communication running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accuracy from order entry through production.

What You'll Do
* Process, review, and maintain purchase orders (POs) and revisions
* Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve order questions and discrepancies
* Schedule orders based on production capacity, staffing, and business priorities
* Maintain accurate production schedules and provide updates on order status
* Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
* Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams by phone, email, and chat
* Support the production team and Senior Order Processor as needed

* High school diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of customer service and/or data entry experience
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
* Ability to learn quickly, follow established procedures, and manage multiple priorities
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
* Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy
