The Opportunity....

The primary function of the Operator is to keep the Injection Molding lines running and producing quality parts.

You will make an impact by...

• Responsible for operating molding press.
• Monitor quality of parts being produced, performing visual quality checks throughout the shift.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Perform start up and shut down of machinery.
• Keeps area clean and safe throughout shift.
• Can accurately use scale to weigh bins/boxes.
• Able to maintain daily production requirements.
• Communicates with Shift Lead regarding any quality, machine, or safety issues.
• Proficient in applicable computer programs.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The talent we want to inspire has...

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience.
• Technically orientated and knowledgeable in manufacturing systems.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Proficient in computer programs.
