Now Hiring: Field Superintendent - CSA Location: Claude, TX $55.00 - 90.00 per hour Schedule: 60/60/50 hours per week Ready to lead large-scale construction projects and make an immediate impact? We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent - CSA to oversee field operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Job Duties Oversee daily construction activities involving civil, structural, architectural, and MEP trades Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules Lead safety meetings, trade coordination meetings, and field inspections Monitor productivity, quality standards, and project progress Resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule constraints Coordinate inspections, punch lists, turnover milestones, and commissioning activities Maintain field reports, progress documentation, and project records. Communicate project status to stakeholders, project teams, and leadership Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and site-specific requirements Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of construction field supervision experience Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects preferred OSHA 30 Certification required High School Diploma or GED required Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now If you're a construction professional looking for a rewarding opportunity with competitive pay, per diem, and the chance to work on high-profile projects, we want to hear from you.
