Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Department Chair of Public Health, and the Director of the BHS in Public Health and Master's in Public Health programs with program operations, monitoring, development, and evaluation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accreditation support for the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) & Council on Education for Public Health Accreditation (CEPH)).
  • Course and program management support.
  • Marketing, outreach and recruitment.
  • Data collection, management, organization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Departmental support, including event planning, scheduling meetings, organizing meeting materials, taking minutes.
  • Other job duties as necessary and requested.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (e.g. MPH, MSW, MPA)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through on tasks, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Strong proficiency with data and spreadsheets, including design, management, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting.
  • Robust problem-solving skills.
  • Technical report writing.
  • Highly reliable and dependable.
  • Professionalism.
Anticipated Hiring Range

Anticipated Hiring Range: $53,976.00 - $98,072.00
