Are you motivated by handson craftsmanship and the opportunity to build missioncritical equipment for the U.S. military? BLADE - Proud Manufacturer of Berg Rigid Wall Shelters - is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our Spokane team.

As a Fabricator, you will perform precision metalwork using MIG and TIG welding, grinders, and barstock fabrication equipment. You'll modify and assemble aluminum and steel container structures into unique, highly engineered shelter systems. This is a technical, detailoriented role ideal for individuals who take pride in producing highquality work in an active production environment.

As a Federal Contractor, employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and a preemployment drug test, including marijuana.

Essential Duties
* Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel components
* Use grinders and other metalfinishing tools to prepare, shape, and modify container structures
* Operate fabrication and barstock equipment to cut, form, and assemble parts
* Modify standardized containers into customized shelter configurations using engineering drawings
* Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality
* Maintain a safe workspace and follow established production and safety procedures
* Work collaboratively in a fastpaced metal fabrication environment

Skills, Experience & Abilities
* 1+ year of fabrication or welding experience required
* Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions
* Experience with grinders, fabrication tools, and metal shop equipment
* Ability to work safely in an active production setting using appropriate PPE
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
