The annual salary range for this position is $165,000- 180,000 based on experience. Relocation support is available. About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic thought partner and hands-on financial leader, overseeing all aspects of Housing Matters' financial operations. As a member of the Executive Team, you'll have a voice in organization-wide strategy and help ensure financial decisions and resources remain closely aligned with Housing Matters' mission, priorities, and long-term goals. You'll lead the finance team and partner closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board committees to bring clarity and insight to complex financial decisions. From budgeting and forecasting to grants, contracts, audits, and cash flow, you'll provide the financial leadership that allows Housing Matters to plan confidently for what's ahead. Just as importantly, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen the systems, policies, and practices behind the work - building a financial operation that can continue to evolve alongside the organization.
