Technical Recruiter
Emeryville, CA (Hybrid)
3-6 month contract
The Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a corporate organization, with a primary focus on attracting and hiring technical talent while supporting a variety of corporate functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver high-quality talent aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and corporate functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define requirements, and provide consultative recruiting guidance.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates while coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, conducting reference checks, and managing offers through acceptance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical and corporate hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting procedures, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and cross-functional teams on talent acquisition initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including technical or IT recruiting.
- Experience recruiting across corporate functions such as technical, finance, HR, marketing, supply chain, and other professional roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers as a trusted recruiting advisor.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting best practices.
- Understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and technology recruiting strategies preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
