Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for bringing new products to life? We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and operational excellence within a fast-paced development environment. You will be instrumental in facilitating the journey of new products from concept to market, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication across all stages.

Responsibilities



  • Conduct technical assessments of prototypes across various product categories, providing detailed feedback on performance, texture, and quality.
  • Perform competitive product assessments to inform strategic development decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting product benefits, leveraging strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organize and schedule innovation and follow-up meetings, effectively presenting product benefits to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation decks and technical dossiers.
  • Coordinate vendor showcases and facilitate follow-up with internal teams for feedback and next steps.
  • Manage and maintain a detailed project tracker spreadsheet, ensuring all statuses are current, and actively participate in team meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors to request and track product samples and marketing materials.
  • Organize and track product samples, coordinating delivery to internal contacts.
  • Ensure proper disposal and meticulous organization of product samples.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping of samples.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role, preferably within a product development or innovation-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.
