About the Role

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for a premium subscription offering, optimizing the entire consumer lifecycle from awareness to conversion, engagement, and retention to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Act as the voice of the user, translating comprehensive consumer research and market trends into actionable insights that inform feature roadmaps, tiering structures, positioning, and messaging for the product.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Insights, and Business teams to rigorously validate business models, define compelling value propositions, and ensure optimal product-market fit.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 9+ years of extensive experience in marketing, specifically within product marketing, growth marketing, subscription marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and successfully deliver complex, cross-functional projects, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency and deep understanding of subscription models and growth marketing strategies.
