IT Project Manager - Brand Acquisition & Systems Integration (Hybrid)

Position Type: 4-month assignment with possibility for of extension into 2027

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)

Primary Location: New York, NY (Hudson Yards)

(Note: Candidates who can commute to Berkeley Heights, NJ, or Clark, NJ will also be considered).


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee the management, documentation, and delivery of a high-priority brand acquisition into our Professional Products Division.

In this global role, you will be responsible for driving the project plan-inclusive of timeline, scope, and budget-to fully integrate a newly acquired brand across all channels. You will sit at the intersection of business and technology, seamlessly bridging global and US teams across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Data, Cybersecurity, Retail Systems, and eCommerce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Drive project planning, scope tracking, budget oversight, and systems implementation from initiation through final execution.
  • Timeline & Portfolio Management: Build, update, and manage comprehensive project timelines directly within ServiceNOW (or compatible PM tools) and handle Demand/ticket creation.
  • Global Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner seamlessly across multi-disciplinary teams-including Operations, Finance, IT Architecture, Omni-channel, and Cybersecurity-across both Global and US local markets.
  • Governance & Stakeholder Alignment: Guide cross-functional business and IT leads through formal governance processes, ensuring alignment at Global, Zone, and Local leadership checkpoints.
  • Executive Communication & Reporting: Collaborate with team leadership to summarize technical and business workstreams into executive-level PowerPoint presentations and clear status reports.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, solve complex integration blockers, and maintain meticulous project documentation.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5-7+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience, specifically leading complex, multi-system implementation projects and/or M&A/brand integrations.
  • ServiceNOW Expertise: High proficiency in ServiceNOW for timeline building, tracking, and demand/ticket management is required.
  • Technical & Business Agility: Deep understanding of how to prioritize both online (eCommerce, consumer data) and retail/omnichannel workstreams.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook) for executive presentation deck creation and data tracking.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with acute attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative, team-first attitude.


Contract Outlook & Setup:

  • Timeline: Initial 4-month assignment running through year-end, with the possibility of extension into 2027.
  • Environment: Fast-paced, matrixed global beauty/consumer products company working on cutting-edge systems integration.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.02-$54.47/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
