TITLE: Machine Operator I Trainee
SHIFT: Day Shift (7:00am - 7:00pm on a 2-2-3 rotation)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
- Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
- Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility. Follow cGMP procedures.
- Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
- Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

- Ability to stand during12 hours shifts with regular breaks.
