ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Equitable and Accessible Mobility Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting equitable and accessible transportation programs at MTC, with a focus on improving mobility options for residents of Equity Priority Communities, people with disabilities, seniors, and other underserved populations. Responsibilities include helping launch and administer the new Transportation Network Company (TNC) Access for All program, supporting implementation of the Community Action Resource and Empowerment (CARE) program to enable delivery of equityfocused capital projects, administering the Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 program, and advancing followup actions from MTC's Accessible Futures conference. The role involves program development, grant administration, and close coordination with partner agencies and communitybased organizations, as well as providing technical assistance, monitoring project progress, and tracking grant spending to ensure programs are implemented effectively and inclusively.
