- You will compile information used to review actual financial results versus forecasted results on a monthly basis, create comparisons between actual and forecasted results, maintain and improve financial models, assist with Senior Management presentations, and lead the monthly financial closing review process
- Further, lead the monthly financial forecast cycle, including forecasting timelines, regional coordination, operational data consolidation, and cost model development and maintenance.
- Coordinate the annual planning cycle, including planning timelines, cost center and plant compliance, Finance submission deadlines, financial trend analysis, Senior Management presentations, and annual departmental budgets
- Provide ad hoc reporting to evaluate emerging operational performance trends, including headcount, expense work order spend, and fixed cost analysis
- Further, participate in the development of operational reports in JD Edwards, OBIEE, and The Hub, including report prioritization, development, and business-wide implementation support
- Assist with regional training activities related to JD Edwards and month-end closing
- Develop and maintain cost models covering allocations, fixed costs, headcount, Hub forecasting, productivity, capital/expense reclasses, warehouse inventory, and expense work orders
- Also, support financial analysis, forecasting, planning, reporting, and operational performance initiatives across the region
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and three years of Finance experience, with experience using JD Edwards and OBIEE reporting tools.
- Moreover, you have advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills and are willing to travel as necessary.
- You are expected to demonstrate excellent problem-solving, process management, and time management skills, while acting with high integrity and trust.
