Church & Dwight is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilitywould be to leadmulti-functional teams to successfully execute projects of various complexity bydefining, planning,trackingand managing thekey projectdeliverables. The Project Manageris responsible foridentifyingkey resources and providing the direction required for meeting the projectobjectives. The Project Manager will also be responsible for Portfolio Management, working closely with the Senior Project Manager, ensuring the portfolio is updated and leading Portfolio Review/Prioritization meetings within R&D to review new projects and drive prioritization discussions as needed. The Project Manager will also be responsible for working with the PMO Group Leader/Senior Project Manager to help support/facilitate PMO process/systems improvements. About the RoleThe Project Manager will partner closely with R&D, Operations, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to manage a portfolio of projects from initiation through completion. This role will drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring appropriate project management tools and documentation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also support portfolio management activities, including project prioritization and portfolio review meetings, and collaborate with PMO leadership to identify opportunities to improve project management processes, systems, and overall PMO effectiveness. Work EnvironmentHybrid: The role will be based in Princeton, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays. The US base salary range for this full-time position is Total Base Pay Range 106,400.00 - 159,500.00 USD This position is also eligible for a bonus. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
