As a Assistant Banking Center Manager (ABCM), you will be responsible for daily operations of the banking center as well as provide supoprt to a team of sales and services professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and provide valuable service to clients. This position is also responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to deposit accounts, cash request, fund transfers, wire transfers, and reporting. ABCM will be focused on the development of new business, as well as retaining and expanding our current relationships with customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Retail, Commercial, or Private Banking and a work history that reflects a solid record of accomplishment of building and administering relationships in this environment. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic and character, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a strong network of professionals, successful entrepreneurs and corporate executives. Required Skills:
Physical Requirements: This position requires long periods of standing or sitting as well as typing and repetitive motion. Candidates must possess the ability to lift and carry cash drawers, coin bags, and boxes sometimes weighing as much as 25 pounds. Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $86,000.00. The compensation range for this position represents the minimum and maximum base salary for this role. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, location, education, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for additional bonuses, where applicable. Benefits: We offer a generous comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; and 401(K) plan. Hours of paid leave may vary based on position.
