Position Summary Manage and execute all administrative and operational functions for five academic programs during the academic year, including J-term and summer. Coordinate with Faculty, Program Directors and Department Administration on matters that affect the academic programming and realization of curated public-facing events. Supervise all aspects of programmatic activities relating to personnel, scheduling, space; manage budgets,donor funds and grants: and work closely with the Department Administration on special projects. Supervise and mentor program staff and student workers. Offer cross-program support for projects and initiatives involving other academic programs within the department, School, and University. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $71,498.66 to USD $87,387.24. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
