Position Title:Sanctions Compliance Program Analyst 2

Business Unit:Risk - BSA/AML

Reports to:Manager of Sanctions Compliance Program

Position Overview:

This role provides essential operational support by reviewing sanctions alerts and maintaining accurate compliance records. This position ensures the organization meets regulatory obligations at the transactional level, reducing risk exposure and enabling higher-level compliance functions to focus on strategic oversight and program enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Handle complex alerts and perform secondary reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with Office Foreign Assets Control, 314(a), and Financial Crimes Enforcement Network(FinCEN) standards.

Conduct quality assurance checks on Analyst 1 work, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement to maintain program integrity.

Prepare summaries and reports for compliance committees and management, supporting informed decision-making and risk mitigation.

Perform quality assurance review for various tasks supported by Sanctions Compliance Program Office.

Research regulatory changes and recommend updates to internal procedures, ensuring proactive compliance with evolving requirements.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
