Coborn's is looking for a Service Desk Analyst I who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and making technology work better. As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be a trusted resource for employees across the organization, providing timely and professional technical support while taking ownership of issues from the first question through resolution.

What You'll Do

As a Service Desk Analyst I, you'll help keep our technology and teams running smoothly by:

  • Providing timely, professional technical support for applications, computers, networks, telecom, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Managing Service Desk tickets from initial contact through resolution, including troubleshooting, documenting, escalating, and following up with end users.
  • Logging and maintaining accurate details for incoming support requests according to established standards.
  • Proactively and reactively monitoring networked devices, website performance, alerts, and system issues.
  • Partnering with Service Desk and IT team members during planned and unplanned outages.
  • Providing clear and timely outage communications to store and senior leadership through resolution.
  • Collaborating on IT projects and initiatives with the IT Support Services Supervisor and other members of the IT team.
  • Supporting company and department policies, procedures, safety practices, and service standards.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and related technologies.
  • Working knowledge of network protocols and devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, and related email platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the IBM iSeries platform is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and confidently support a variety of business applications, hardware, and technology systems.

Pay Range

USD $22.75 - USD $33.50 /Hr.
