Job Summary

The PMO Procurement Support Manager supports the Procurement transformation program by managing executive reporting, team operating rhythms, pipeline expansion activities, and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as a key connection point between Procurement leadership, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders by translating initiative data into clear, decision-ready materials and ensuring follow-up on key actions and deliverables. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Prepare and maintain executive-level reporting, including savings overviews and pipeline commentary.
  • Develop agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for executive and finance leadership meetings.
  • Maintain Business Unit Finance files with current initiative data and develop materials to support alignment on savings delivery.
  • Track and facilitate action items from executive, finance, and Business Unit meetings through completion.
  • Support coordination and follow-up with Procurement Tower Leads and other stakeholders.
  • Refine templates, communications, and coordination processes supporting ongoing Business Unit collaboration.
  • Support onboarding and training for new Procurement team members.
  • Develop weekly Operations Review materials, dashboards, and talking points.
  • Draft meeting minutes and track milestones and accountability following Operations Reviews.
  • Develop agendas and materials for monthly All Hands meetings and analyze employee Pulse Check survey results.
  • Develop and maintain Procurement standard operating procedure documentation.
  • Consolidate pipeline expansion initiatives into a centralized view, including baselines, savings estimates, and due dates.
  • Support the addition and maintenance of new initiatives within Asana.
  • Develop and refresh category-level savings heatmaps and other leadership reporting.
  • Support development of an ongoing category strategy cadence aligned with annual planning and budgeting cycles.


Job Requirements



  • 7-10+ years of experience in PMO, program management, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting procurement, finance, or M&A integration initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent weekly, monthly, and ad hoc stakeholder activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, decision-ready materials.


Preferred Experience



  • Experience with Asana or a similar work-management platform.
  • Experience supporting procurement transformation programs.
  • Experience with savings tracking, pipeline management, or category strategy.
  • Experience supporting post-merger integration or other large-scale transformation initiatives.
