Pay Rate: $28.00 - $29.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and assisting visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to security-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Support emergency response activities by following established procedures, communicating relevant information, and directing occupants and visitors as instructed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
