  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Solid mechanical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn

Education and Experience: Requirements vary by level. Entry-level roles require minimal prior CNC experience, while senior roles require progressively more machining, setup, programming and quality experience.

Why This Role: This is a strong opportunity for machinists who want room to grow, whether that means mastering a new machine type, moving into setup, or eventually leading a shift.

Benefits:

  • Good weekly pay that shows up on time.
  • Medical, dental, and vision that keep you covered.
  • Life and disability protection when life throws a curveball.
  • Safety on the floor that's real, not just talk.
  • Respect for the skill and hustle you bring.
  • Optional 401(k) for planning your next move.

Job Duties:

You start your day at the machine, not a desk. Blueprints in one hand, calipers in the other. You read the specs, set your tools, and run the job like you own it. It's not easy work, but it's honest work, and seeing a perfect part roll off the line never gets old.
