Schedule:Monday - Thursday | 6 AM - 3:30 PM + Fridays | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, machining, metrology, quality assurance, or related fields preferred.
  • Ongoing training opportunities available, including GD&T, CMM operation, PCDMIS, PPAP, and ISO quality systems.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and grow into advanced quality roles.


Experience Requirements

  • Entry-Level Quality Inspector: No prior quality experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Quality Inspector: Experience using inspection tools, gauges, blueprint reading, and GD&T preferred.
  • Quality Technician: Experience operating CMM equipment, interpreting reports, troubleshooting quality issues, and supporting production teams.
  • Senior Quality Technician: Advanced CMM programming, PCDMIS, PPAP, corrective actions, quality systems, supplier audits, and customer quality support experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills required for all levels.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift, carry, and handle materials, parts, and inspection equipment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive inspections and maintain focus on detailed measurements.
  • Visual ability to identify defects, read blueprints, gauges, and inspection reports.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.


Job Duties

  • Perform in-process, first-piece, and final quality inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T requirements, and quality specifications.
  • Set up, calibrate, operate, and program CMM equipment based on role level.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, scrap documentation, and corrective action records.
  • Support continuous improvement, root cause analysis, PPAP processes, ISO compliance, and customer quality requirements.
  • Train and mentor team members while helping maintain product quality and manufacturing excellence.
