Great Hill Solutions, LLC is seeking a CRM Managertosupport a Department of Defense (DoD) Combat Support Agency as part of a strategicContract Resource Management(CRM)remediation and sustainment initiative. This position plays a critical role in advancing the agency'sAudit Sustainment & Compliance Support Specialist to augment and support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) TRICARE Program Resource Management (TPRM) government team,progress toward full financial auditability in alignment with DoD's Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) goals.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of federal audit standards, internal controls, and financial compliance within the DoD environment. A successful candidatewillprovide technical, analytical, and administrative support across key focus areas of audit response, process improvement, population validation, accounting standards research, internal control remediation, and statutory compliance assessments,in a fast-paced, collaborative setting focused on complex audit challenges and enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accounting, financial support, and financial reporting for TRICARE's centrally funded private sector health care programs.
• Support the execution of financial statement audit readiness and remediation tasks.
• Analyze audit findings and assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans.
• Perform internal control testing and support documentation of financial transactions and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and leadership to ensure audit requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation and supporting evidence packages for audit assertions and walkthroughs.
• Maintain audit readiness documentation repositories, ensuring traceability and completeness of evidence.
• Liaise with external audit firms and internal stakeholders to coordinate responses to audit requests.
• Provides budget formulation input, carries out budget execution and prepares component financial statements and footnotes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field (or at least 5 years of equivalent federal financial management or auditing experience in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum of 5 years of federal audit, audit readiness, or financial compliance experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with TRICARE's centrally funded private sector health care programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate audit issues clearly.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Desired Skills:

• DoD Financial Management Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3).
• Experience with FIAR methodology, including internal controls, testing, and remediation.
• Familiarity with key audit focus areas such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Real Property, and Fund Balance with Treasury (FBwT).
• Experience with collections, unmatched transactions, and intergovernmental reconciliations.
• Exposure to data analytics to support audit resolution and financial trend analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or similar tools to extract and analyze financial data.
