Benefits begin the month following the hire date. Salary: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $20.00 - $30.00 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset. Summary: The Modern Workplace Technician will acquire the knowledge and follow established processes to help provide an efficient IT support environment. This role will work closely with the team to ensure day-to-day support needs are met and will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering IT services across the organization. The incumbent will collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions for business users and will assume responsibility for supporting applications, desktop and laptop device management, and related IT services. The Modern Workplace Technician will leverage technical knowledge and partner with senior team members to help establish and maintain an optimal workplace environment. This role will contribute to the ongoing development of a modern workplace by administering and supporting various services and technologies across the organization, with a focus on Microsoft cloud solutions and endpoint management tools. Essential Functions:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
