Position Overview






Primary Purpose of Position
Under the direction of the Head Coach and in accordance with all NCAA and MEAC, the position primary purpose is to scout, recruit, monitor academics/study hall, distribute team apparel, skill development of post position, coordinator with strength and conditioning & trainers, organize team travel, coordinate housing, handle all ticketing questions and game pass list. Other duties as assigned by Head Coach.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit

Embracing the principles of competitive excellence, sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and amateurism while facilitating the academic objectives of the student-athletes, the department complies with all conference and association rules and regulations, and ensures equal opportunity and access for all students and staff who desire to associate with intercollegiate athletics without regard for race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, or religion.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution. Knowledge of NCAA rules/regulations with three (3) years of relative coaching experience in a college setting or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with all departments of the College, Trustees, and external constituents. Experienced with office management procedures; proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a college or university environment required. Position requires travel during the week and weekends.

Master's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience coaching in a collegiate setting.
