Shape a Brand That Helps People Thrive

At Rize Credit Union, we believe financial security unlocks opportunity. We exist to help our members build stronger financial lives, strengthen the communities we serve, and prove what a credit union can be. We are not here to sell financial products. We are here to earn trust, build confidence, and help people Rize Beyond Banking.

We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead the next chapter of our brand. This executive owns how Rize shows up in the world: our brand, our reputation, our storytelling, and the marketing engine that turns brand strength into member relationships that last. They will build a modern, data-driven marketing capability, use technology and AI to personalize how we engage members, and help the organization serve far more members across California and Nevada.

If you build brands with purpose, lead teams that do their best work, and use creativity, data, and technology to create real impact, we would like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Own the Brand

You will be the steward of one of our most valuable assets, the Rize brand. You will make sure every campaign, communication, and member touchpoint reflects who we are and why we exist, from advertising and storytelling to public relations and executive communications.

Set the Marketing Strategy

You will define and execute an enterprise marketing strategy that advances Rize's priorities and strengthens our brand across California and Nevada. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, reading the market, spotting opportunity, and helping shape where the organization goes next.

Fuel the Growth Engine

Growth is the mandate of your domain. You will own the brand-led demand and the marketing capability that power it: campaigns, content, digital, marketing technology, and analytics that generate qualified interest across consumer, mortgage, business, insurance, and commercial lines. You will work side by side with our member acquisition and business development teams inside the Growth domain, so a growing brand translates directly into a growing membership.

Own the First-Mile Journey and Digital Engagement

Marketing does not stop at awareness. You own member engagement through the first six months of the relationship, from onboarding and activation to early cross-sell, and you own digital engagement across the full member lifecycle. You partner with the Member Value team, who own human and retail-channel sales and engagement, so every member is picked up cleanly on both sides of that line.

Build the Capability and the Team

You will lead and develop a team across brand, creative, content, digital, and communications, and build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will extend the team through the right mix of agencies, media partners, and technology providers, and you will use AI and automation to make the whole function faster and more personal.

Amplify Our Purpose

Community impact is not a campaign at Rize. It is who we are. You will tell honest stories about financial wellness, volunteerism, and community partnerships, including the work of our nonprofit foundation, so our marketing reflects not only what we do but why we do it.
