Aquent is partnering with a leading global company at the forefront of the consumer products industry, renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. This organization is dedicated to bringing cutting-edge products to market, shaping trends, and delighting consumers worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team and play a crucial role in transforming creative visions into tangible, market-ready experiences.

Are you a master of organization with a passion for bringing marketing campaigns to life? We are looking for an exceptional individual to become the central operational force behind the creation and delivery of our promotional materials, seasonal offerings, and special product sets. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin connecting Marketing, Global Operations, Supply Chain, Creative, and Sales teams, ensuring that every campaign concept seamlessly transitions from idea to physical reality. Your impact will be felt directly as you orchestrate the end-to-end process, from initial briefing and internal code creation to kitting, allocation, stock tracking, and digital asset alignment, directly influencing product availability and market success.

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Take full ownership of promotional product initiatives, containers, and set creations from initial briefing through to final delivery across various consumer product categories.
  • Global & Local Alignment: Lead briefing sessions with global partners to align on product specifications and volume requirements, collaborating closely with local assembly and kitting teams to ensure flawless promotional execution.
  • Strategic & Operational Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing on strategic set mix and pre-booking dimensions, meticulously managing the creation of internal codes for all sets, promotional products, and containers.
  • Timeline & Milestone Management: Build, maintain, and update master trackers for all promotional items, sets, wrapping, and containers, leading bi-weekly stakeholder touchpoints to ensure transparency and progress.
  • Risk Mitigation & Delivery: Proactively monitor market available dates and planned availability dates, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to resolve timeline bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Documentation & Presentation: Maintain comprehensive order forms and project documentation, and create compelling visual presentation materials for critical alignment meetings.
  • Distribution & Allocation: Partner with Sales Development and Omnichannel teams to ensure accurate retailer splits, precise stock quantities, and efficient order management.
  • Logistics Execution: Oversee all ordering, shipping, and logistics for promotional items, working in tandem with internal teams to meet specific needs.
  • Digital & Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Creative teams to manage Product Detail Page copy, asset composition, and imagery creation for all e-commerce listings.
  • Inventory & Collateral Management: Manage stock, allocation, and maintenance for all brand collateral, including shopping bags, gift boxes, seasonal promotional materials, point-of-sale display materials, and brand accessories.

What You'll Bring:

We believe in skills-based hiring. If you possess the operational discipline, tracking mindset, and cross-functional coordination skills outlined below, we encourage you to apply, regardless of non-traditional backgrounds.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Project & Timeline Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project trackers, monitor market available and planned availability dates, oversee internal code creation, and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Literacy: Familiarity with inventory allocations, kitting/assembly workflows, internal code creation processes, and retail shipping timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: A clear, assertive communication style adept at bridging the gap between Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Global Operations teams.
  • E-Commerce & Asset Operations: Understanding of Product Detail Page asset creation, digital imagery briefing processes, and promotional copy workflows.

Attributes for Success:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aptitude for process management.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify timeline risks before they impact launch dates.
  • Comfort and capability in managing multiple competing priorities within fast-moving consumer product categories.
