At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are hiring an Oracle Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.

You'll help the people behind the system get ready for it: stakeholder readiness, communications, adoption, and organizational change. Readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement are core to how this program succeeds. This role offers the chance to shape how a major agency adopts new technology and to grow with the program for years.

Why AI Matters Here

AI is central to how this team delivers, at every level. We want consultants who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to draft and tailor communications, analyze stakeholder feedback and survey results, prepare workshop and town hall materials, build dashboards and status reports, and spot readiness risks early. Experienced team members also help early-career colleagues use AI well. Be ready to show us how AI has made your work faster and better.

  • Support deployment communications and adoption activities.
  • Develop stakeholder dashboards and status reports.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate communications, analysis, and reporting, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.

  • Experience on a large ERP or technology transformation.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and communications planning.
  • Ability to work with business executives, SMEs, and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate communications, analysis, or reporting.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Federal government or financial management transformation experience.
  • Prosci or other OCM certification or methodology experience.

What You'll Gain

  • The chance to shape how a major federal agency adopts new technology.

  • Experience leading AI-enabled change and communications on a high-profile federal program.

What Success Looks Like

  • Stakeholders are identified, engaged, and prepared well ahead of each deployment.
  • Communications reach the right audiences on time and with a clear message.
  • Resistance and readiness risks are flagged early and addressed.
  • You use AI to deliver faster and help junior team members do the same.
