This organization is at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and member experience. Join us in supporting their mission by contributing to a critical enterprise-wide initiative that will directly impact how vital information is managed and accessed across the entire company.

We are seeking a dynamic and engaged professional to join our client's team, playing a pivotal role in a significant system migration. In this exciting opportunity, you will be the primary bridge between technology and content teams, driving the successful transition of their enterprise knowledge management system to a new, advanced platform. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping future workflows, ensuring seamless content migration, and preparing the organization for operational excellence. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on how critical knowledge is shared and utilized, directly contributing to the client's operational efficiency and strategic goals.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the key liaison for content authoring groups, communicating new platform features, project timelines, and necessary actions while actively gathering and integrating operational needs.
  • Lead discovery sessions to thoroughly document current and future-state authoring workflows, permission structures, reporting requirements, metadata/taxonomy rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide essential support for content migration, including mapping content inventories, defining ownership models, establishing disposition rules, and setting validation criteria for the transition from the legacy system to the new platform.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining comprehensive test scenarios, coordinating stakeholder participation, and meticulously tracking defects to resolution.
  • Contribute to training inputs, develop readiness checklists, and manage risk, dependency, and decision tracking to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

What You'll Deliver

  • Comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and traceability matrices.
  • Clear current and future-state process maps.
  • Detailed content migration rules, metadata inputs, and access permissions logic.
  • Well-maintained risk, issue, dependency, and decision logs.
  • UAT test scenarios and migration readiness checklists.

What You'll Bring (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst, specifically supporting platform implementations, content management initiatives, or system migrations.
  • A proven track record in requirements gathering, process/workflow mapping, and developing user stories with precise acceptance criteria.
  • Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across multiple workstreams.

What Will Set You Apart (Preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise knowledge or content management platforms.
  • Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, document governance, and access controls.
  • Background in healthcare, health insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, user training readiness, and stakeholder adoption support.
