Our client is a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of developing innovative B2B SaaS solutions, leveraging advanced AI to deliver proprietary products that make a significant impact in their industry. They are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and providing exceptional value to their customers. Aquent is partnering with this client to find a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role, maintaining the strategic direction of their cutting-edge AI product. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate and tangible impact, ensuring stability and progress for a critical offering during a 4.5-month leave. You'll be the steady hand guiding the product roadmap, empowering the team, and delighting customers, all while contributing to the ongoing success of an innovative product.

What You'll Do



  • Strategically manage and advance the existing product roadmap, meticulously tracking commitments, proactively removing obstacles for the team, and making informed prioritization decisions to maintain momentum.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all customer-facing product inquiries and feedback, translating insights into actionable steps for the team.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering on a daily basis to keep sprints and releases on schedule, proactively clarifying requirements and resolving any ambiguities.
  • Take ownership of incoming escalations, expertly assessing their severity, coordinating necessary resources, and providing clear, consistent communication on status until successful resolution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and detailed handoff notes, ensuring a smooth and effortless transition upon the return of the team member.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product leadership role, with required expertise in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly integrate into an existing product and team, with prior experience in contract, interim, or fast-onboarding roles being highly valued.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, enabling you to be a calm, clear, and effective liaison between customers, support teams, and engineering.
  • A proven track record of managing and resolving escalations with sound judgment, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard product management platforms such as Aha!, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Availability to commit full-time for the entire 4.5-month duration of the assignment.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience within the legal tech, compliance, or fintech-adjacent sectors.
  • Familiarity with features powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML).
