About The Opportunity

Aquent is seeking a highly analytical and proactive individual to take on a pivotal role in managing strategic partnerships. As a key contributor, you will drive the success of a vital portfolio of legal partners, directly impacting business growth and ensuring exceptional client experiences. What You Will Own

  • Manage a portfolio of legal firm partners, developing a deep understanding of their performance, operations, and alignment with the company's service model.
  • Analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, drop rates, case flow, attorney fees) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive performance improvements.
  • Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies and address them before they escalate.
  • Lead onboarding of new partners, clearly communicating the company's evaluation model, expectations, and processes.
  • Evaluate potential new partners, assessing fit based on performance, operations, and client outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, building strong, collaborative relationships while maintaining accountability to performance standards.
  • Hold partners accountable through direct, data-driven conversations, including addressing underperformance and driving corrective action.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with intake, operations, legal, and business development teams to ensure smooth case flow and accurate reporting.
  • Monitor case progress and partner decision-making to minimize operational and legal risk.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and outcomes.
  • Take full ownership of your portfolio, making sound decisions independently and escalating when appropriate.
