As a Security Officer Financial Building Patrol in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports while maintaining professional communication with property management, tenants, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
