The Associate Director, Digital MedicalStrategyis responsible forthe execution andoperationalization ofdigital initiatives that enable Medical Affairs,leveragingdigital tools and platforms, AI, and integrated data and analytics. The role applies strong scientific and Medical Affairs strategicexpertiseto inform, evaluate, andcontributetocurrent and emerging technologies that support Medical Affairs objectives.Under the direction of the Executive Director, this positionwillcontribute to anddrive implementation oftheMedical Affairsdigital strategy and roadmap, buildingenterprise-wide foundational and long-termdigitaland AIcapabilities.This role will collaborate with Global and Regional Medical Affairs colleagues and key cross-functional teams including enterprise-wide Medical Affairs, Global Digital Business Team,ClinicalDevelopment, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and others to develop and drive the adoption and implementation of both internal and external facing digital initiatives.The Assoc Director, DigitalMedical Strategywillalsoleveragedigital tools and capabilities to enhance scientific content anddigital scientific communicationchannels, includingcontributingto and supportingthe strategic planning and execution of high-quality, compliant digital scientific communications across all digital medical channels. #LI-MI1 Eisai Salary Transparency Language: The annual base salary range for the Associate Director, Digital Medical Strategy, Oncology is from :$170,300-$223,500 Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
