Job Description

Wax Core Prep Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Painesville, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Reports To: Wax Area Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wax Core Prep Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is essential to supporting production operations by preparing wax components, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. What You'll Do
  • Perform wax processing and core preparation activities in the assigned work area.
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet business demands.
  • Inspect products and work completed to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting 6S initiatives.
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating practices.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
  • Communicate process concerns, quality issues, or equipment needs promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools are beneficial.
