Overview Are you passionate about facilitating impactful learning programs and optimizing systems to enhance professional growth? MBP is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist II to support and deliver engaging training programs, maintain our learning technology, and collaborate with teams to create impactful content. What You'll Do: In this role, you will oversee coordination of key internal learning initiatives, manage the Learning Management System, and partner with subject-matter experts to elevate training content and processes. You will play a central part in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Support course creation by loading and updating content in the Learning Management System, creating assessments, resolving technical issues, and monitoring learner progress.

Status: Full-time The base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $78,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on work location, qualifications, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
