In this role, you will support university-wide learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance. This position will contribute to the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs, onboarding experiences, leadership development initiatives, and organizational improvement efforts. The Specialist will collaborate with HR partners and campus leaders to identify development needs, create learning resources, facilitate training sessions, support change initiatives, and use data to improve employee experiences. If you have experience in training, organizational development, facilitation, or employee development and want to make a meaningful impact on employee growth, leadership capability, and workplace culture, we encourage you to apply. This position reports directly to the Organizational Development & Training Supervisor and works closely with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness team members and campus partners.
