What We're Looking For The Restaurant Server provides exceptional table service by delivering food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, and creating a warm and memorable dining experience. This role contributes directly to the restaurant's atmosphere, guest satisfaction, and overall success. Who You Are

What You Will Do
- Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
- Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
- Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
- Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include: Required:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed
Preferred:
- Experience with POS systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent
The wage for this position is $17.25 to $17.25.
