Office Clerk

Pay: $19 - $20 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Provide information about services, billing, and account status.

• Assist customers with setting up new accounts and managing existing accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.

• Assist in month-end closing processes and prepare reports as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Other duties as assigned.
