Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, and 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and sick time Career growth opportunities with a company that invests in its employees Supportive team environment What You'll Do Clean, repair, recondition, and paint bulk tanks Build, repair, and maintain pumps and meters Perform industrial tank cleaning services Conduct quality inspections to ensure tanks and equipment are operating safely before delivery Ensure tank orders are completed accurately and on schedule Work independently while collaborating with the Tank Department team Respond to emergency spill clean-up service calls as needed Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (clear MVR) Must be at least 18 years of age Live within a reasonable commuting distance Willingness to respond to emergency/spill clean-up calls on a 24/7 on-call basis when needed Ability to lift up to 80 pounds Ability to work at heights Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions Stable work history Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with plant and refinery requirements TWIC card or the ability to obtain one Flexibility to work overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekends as business needs require Preferred Qualifications Experience repairing pumps and pressure testing tanks At least one year of warehouse or general labor experience Forklift operating experience At RelaDyne, you'll find more than just a job-you'll build a career with a company that values safety, teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
