As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-impact programs that are critical to the company's strategic objectives and continued success.

Are you a driven and experienced Technical Program Manager ready to take on significant challenges and lead programs that redefine industry standards? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to independently manage the full lifecycle of advanced technical programs. In this role, you will be instrumental in steering critical initiatives, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of strategic projects, ensuring they meet business outcomes and drive future optimizations.

What you'll do:



  • Independently author comprehensive program charters that define scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Create detailed project plans, breaking down projects into discrete phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing clear visibility into program constraints.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with program stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and optimizing program team roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage program escalations in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Independently triage technical issues across various teams and assess the impact of technical escalations. Resolve issues and requests related to tooling and processes that support engineering execution.
  • Design and deliver predictable program communication plans, tailored to different stakeholder types, and represent the program team across a wide range of touchpoints.
  • Execute change management requirements identified by program stakeholders, developing rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, and monitoring progress to resolve misalignments.
  • Independently determine and collect data necessary for effective program execution and governance. Maintain project trackers and status reports.
  • Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, incorporating values such as product excellence, product inclusion, and brand trust.
  • Define program governance structures, including effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and facilitate productive program team meetings.
  • Determine program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, including resource stewardship, in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for program pivots.
