About the Opportunity

Are you a highly organized and collaborative professional with a passion for optimizing marketing processes and exploring the potential of AI? We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and innovation within a vital marketing function. This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about being at the heart of how marketing strategies come to life, ensuring seamless execution, and championing the integration of cutting-edge technologies. What You'll Do

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will blend program office support, team operations, and emerging AI enablement work. Your contributions will be critical in coordinating priorities, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering key programmatic outcomes. You will:

  • Streamline AI review and approval processes, support ongoing governance needs, and facilitate submissions from various stakeholders.
  • Gather and assess AI use cases, feedback, and explore additional platforms and capabilities from across the marketing organization.
  • Support marketing-wide AI coordination, communications, education, and enablement efforts, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Develop and execute change management activities to support the successful adoption of new AI processes and technologies.
  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of project portfolio governance, including documenting processes, tools, standards, and templates.
  • Manage intake requests by reviewing submissions, validating completeness, and partnering with requestors to ensure all necessary information is available for prioritization and decision-making.
  • Support planning and reporting activities by preparing comprehensive meeting materials, executive-level updates, and leadership-ready summaries.
  • Assist with annual and quarterly portfolio planning by consolidating inputs and organizing materials for review.
  • Support the development and rollout of operational tools, templates, and process documentation to improve team enablement and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly team reporting, synthesizing accomplishments, challenges, opportunities, and risks into clear, leadership-ready updates.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related operational role.
  • Proven experience supporting intake, planning, or governance processes within a marketing or technology environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare leadership-ready materials.
  • Comfort working across diverse teams and effectively managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High flexibility and adaptability when switching tasks across disparate areas of focus.
  • Highly independent, with the ability to activate with incomplete information or limited context.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in AI technologies and capabilities; direct AI experience is a valuable plus but not a requirement.
