Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Paralegal to support a high-volume corporate legal document initiative spanning multiple global jurisdictions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - the right candidate is organized, precise, and comfortable managing large document sets under tight deadlines.
What You'll Do
Document Execution
* Coordinate signature collection for a large volume of corporate legal documents
* Manage e-signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign) and wet-ink execution logistics across time zones
* Track signature status and follow up with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to keep execution on schedule
* Verify completed signature pages for accuracy, authority, and completeness before filing
Filing & Organization
* Coordinate with the corporate compliance and governance team on preparing, executing, and filing corporate documents within internal systems.
* Track executed documents and ensure timely resolution.
Document Organization & Management
* Build and maintain organized, audit-ready file structures for executed documents across all applicable entities and jurisdictions
* Upload, index, and tag documents in the legal repository or document management system (e.g., SharePoint)
* Identify and flag gaps, missing documents, or execution defects for review
* Prepare document binders, closing sets, and status trackers as requested
What You'll Bring
* 1-2 years of paralegal, legal operations, or legal administrative experience (law firm or in-house)
* Exposure to corporate transactions, entity management, or closings preferred
* Familiarity with e-signature platforms (DocuSign or similar) and document management systems
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams simultaneously
* Comfort working across jurisdictions and coordinating globally
* High attention to detail - accuracy in this role directly impacts compliance and legal validity
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal tracking tools is a plus
Working Conditions
* This is a temporary, full-time position for approximately 3 months
* Some flexibility in working hours may be required to coordinate across global time zones
