Lead Innovation That Improves Healthcare We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and inspirational leader to serve as our Director, Clinical, Lab, Rad, & Ancillary. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Epic enhancements across Clinical, Laboratory, Radiology, and Ancillary domains. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities for innovation, improve operational efficiency, and deliver technology solutions that positively impact care delivery and patient outcomes. Position Summary The Director, Clinical, Lab, Rad, & Ancillary is responsible for the overall operational Epic product enhancement function within the organization. This role provides leadership in driving strategy to meet members' operational needs, improve patient outcomes, and reduce costs through the direction and management of the Epic product enhancement lifecycle from end to end. Working closely with organizational leaders, the Director develops strategy, plans, and people to achieve product enhancement, innovation, and quality outcomes goals while identifying and driving projects, standards, and pathways that support those objectives.
